Fakhverk came from the German word of Fachwerk and literally translated as a «farm». Fakhverk first appears in Germany at the end of XV v., and afterwards swiftly spreads on all Europe and becomes the visit card in England and Poland.

Fakhverk is a type of a build construction, in which bearing basis a section comes forward from diagonal beams. As a rule, beams are made from coniferous breeds and at piling in fakhverk intervals between them are filled wattle and daub materials, brick, and, possibly by a wood. Such original combination of dark wood put under a corner in a reticulum or squares, on a background light wattle and daub material there is knowable and favorite by comfortable, fairy-tail house.

It is clear, that in 20senturies fakhverk again ascends on the peak of popularity among architectural buildings, in fact combination of medieval color with naturalness of build materials will leave nobody indifferent. Fakhverk uses the special popularity among the Ukrainian habitants, because of the happy European small town, which we well memorize from journeys in Europe that pleasantly makes happy an eye and, simultaneously, selects Your house from grey mass of reinforce-concrete constructions.

Fakhverk houses is not new word in architecture, however today they again popular, due to a comfortable romantic design and modern technologies buildings which allow to carry out building at highest level. Fakhverk houses, as rules are one or two-storied buildings, with the tiled roof and wooden windows. However if fakhverk is used exceptionally as a decorative element, different combinations of materials and invoices are possible.
